clinician control + safety nets
ACW differentiates itself from many other organizations by not forcing clinicians to choose between the “safety” of a large company with benefits or the unknown risks of trying to build a private practice. We are proud that our clinicians have the freedom to choose their clients and build their own schedules.
We do this by giving the clinician full control to decide the kinds of clients they are comfortable with, as well as setting their own hours and schedules. This also gives clinicians full control of their monthly income while allowing for benefits like Health Insurance.
compensation and benefits
ACW provides leading industry and regional compensation for clinicians and staff. We want to allow clinicians the opportunity to pursue their passion for helping people while ensuring they are compensated well. We do this by removing the guesswork and risks of running a private practice while also offering benefits that help support themselves and their families. Our pay structure allows clinicians to earn more, with more control and less effort.
For clinicians, our total compensation and benefits package ranges between 70-80% of what that clinician generates. This means the typical clinician on our team earns nearly 50% more than their current agency position or 10-25% more than their current solo private practice. In addition to taking as much, or as little time-off as they want, all full-time employees are eligible to participate in our gold level, PPO Health Insurance (partially paid by ACW) as well as dental, vision, and life.
